Video Advertising using Behavioral Targeting

eXelate, a provider of a behavioral targeting marketplace, has introduced the Access+ Partner Program to enable behavioral video advertising. The company has started partnerships with two video advertising networks, BrightRoll and TidalTV, MediaPost reports.
