Business Intelligence out of the Social Web

Gist, a serivce for contact and relationship management, now is available to everyone after one year in private beta. The service delivers information relevant to existing contacts stored within email programs or social networking accounts. These contacts become connected to information out of the social web, which has the character of business intelligence. Below there is a video by Gist introducing the service.
