The W3C has launched a new Incubator Group to initialize the development of a Unified Service Description Language. This language will enable the trade of essential technical it services and business services like bandwidth and similar performances as well as capacities of services relying on such systems. Such services are associated with Unified Communications and the trend toward cloud based services and services on demand and the need to trade capacities of and for such services.
