Standardization of Rich Media Mobile Advertising

To standardize rich media mobile advertising a new consortium called ORMMA (Open Rich Media Mobile Advertising Initiative) has been formed. The aim of the initiative is to ease the placement of ads within mobile apps and similar rich media units. The intitiative has been founded by companies active in the mobile industry and it will be reviewed by the Mobile Marketing Association, TechCrunch reports.
