Google has launched the website Our Mobile Planet, which offers various data on mobile usage and mobile advertising including the study „Global Mobile Research: The Smartphone User & The Mobile Marketer“, which has been conducted by Ipsos on behalf of Google and the Mobile Marketing Association, MediaPost Publications reports. The data are free to be used with the site offering functions to access these data and create individual charts. With a focus on mobile advertising e.g. data is available about various channels and the dissemination of advertising across channels like mobile sites, mobile search and apps.
