The specifications regarding online video advertising do concern the integration of in stream video ads, rich media and reporting as well as definition on the placement of advertising within a video stream. The specifications are defined in the IAB Video Suite.
The IAB Europe released specifications concerning the OBA Framework (Online Behavioural Advertising) comprising technological conditions and the OBA Icon to be integrated within online ads: Technical Specifications for implementing the IAB Europe OBA Framework and EASA BPR in Europe now public.
