A report by Ascend2 informs about the most effective video marketing channels. The efficiency is discussed under the premise of the main targets, which are brand awareness, lead generation and online engagement. To reach these aims video email has been claimed to be most effective channel closely followed by video sharing platforms and the integration of video within websites. Opposed to the results video email is not the most used channel. The most used channels are company websites (73%), video sharing sites (70%), video email (65%) and video posts on social networks (55%).
