Mashable reports about Brizzly being available to all now after a closed beta phase. Brizzly is an online client for both Facebook and Twitter enabling reading and posting messages. The video below shows how it looks and works and some of its features. For instance images and videos may be watched within the app, direct messages come up in a seperate window and searches may be stored to keep up to date with important topics.
